My personal experiences and overall look as an observer,
Observation(review), new facts /trivia contains spoiler
No spoiler!! Here
(Summary or better than a 5-minute YouTube video) for those who just Wanna make sure to watch it or not?  With only 12 episodes creating that much suspense, keeping that thrill/chase of who is it?? To figure out with the Mc.
Well crafted anime
Every single dialogue is well written,  like a monologue depicting every thought more deeply.
 Character development:-
It's a short anime series so the number of characters was less which gives every  character good screen time
 Cinematography top-notch
 Work of an experienced person
It's something that you might re-watch or think over and over again (the ending)
IMDB rating - 8.5/10
 so let's start
Plot:-
The story is set in the year 2006, Our main character (Mc) Fujinuma Satoru is a 29-year-old  struggling manga artist.
He can go back in time by about 1 to 5 minutes like watching the same scene play out again
He calls this phenomenon revival to change the outcome...
Converting negative outcomes to neutral one.
Solely dependent on his observation skills to figure out what's wrong?

Fujinuma Satoru (Mc) uses revival again, which, according to him, turned out to be successful and failed the abduction attempt.
The killer locates Sachiko Fujinuma (mc mother) and decides to kill her as she realized who he was.
So, his mother was killed by a stranger at his place and he was framed for the murder.
As Fujinuma Satoru was the prime suspect, he attempts to flee determined to save his mother.

Satoru consciously uses his ability of "Revival",  which sent him 18 years back in time.
he knows revival has its reason and that it has something to do with the serial murder case of his classmate Hinazuki from 18 years ago.
Cinematography:-
Well crafted, using color patterns for different themes
Dark themes like child abuse, physical torture,
small details catch the eye of the spectator.

Ending:-
before telling me whether I like it or not?  There's a quote in the anime itself.
"The ending is a way off and nobody knows how it'll turn out "
Not fulfilling enough is the first thing that comes to your mind.
Was I able to predict the end? I took a break as always and like I mentioned it's a mini-series every character is definitely for some reason/purpose..... (something you will observe in any anime)
I somewhat predicted the killer, but I expect it to be a little darker.  (Your Comments on the ending..)

Observation - too much detailed work that people still find new facts, and trivia related to it.
The setup of every time traveling-related anime /movie needs setup /how the theory works (1st butterfly)
Mc's understanding of revival (theory) is all you need to understand time traveling it's always stick to it.
Like he knew converting negative consequences to neutral ones turns the negative into him.
Butterflies in Japanese mythology symbolize death and their soul's
Blue butterfly refers to the butterfly theory
Total 5  blue butterflies were shown
 1st for setup...
The last one is a mystery
3 were the number of chances Mc got to save and change the future.
As for the antagonist:-
The spider thread of redemption
Spider thread appears to him as this might be a means of redemption.
The killer has the opportunity to redeem himself, and eventually uses it the wrong way.
In the story, The spider’s thread written by Ryunosuke Akutagawa, the Buddha decides to give one chance to a criminal in hell who did a good deed of saving a spider when he was alive.
The Buddha takes a thread from a spider to Heaven and lowers it down to Hell so that the criminal can come up from Hell to Heaven.

3.   The reel
the reel, changing one picture /one event  changes the whole  sequential actions (butterfly effect reference )

4.    The use of red color depicts something that might go wrong.

Airi's red ribbon
mother is wearing a red shirt when she's murdered
Hinazuki's red clothes

                   the character's eyes turn red

Example
  Just another beautiful frame
How Mc is afraid of digging deeper/expressing his feeling (darkness), there is an emotional barrier between them.

he breaks the barrier, gathering the courage to help Hinazuki

Let's start with facts
a lot of people found the killer's face in the last few frames of the intro
But, the third frame in the intro

The Killer and the group Mc face one another.
 Referring,
They are going to stand against one another in the future.

Behavioral pattern- Every character has certain behavioral patterns which they never change.
The killer's tapping habit, framing someone else's murder, using a car, and most importantly, using tactics on the victims to catch them off, guard.

The one which I thought was brilliant is the first dialogue of the Mc itself is connected to the Satoru poem, why he always helps others even though he gets hurt...

Changes in framework to how Mc looks at the world now.

Satoru wanted Hinazuki to see the future, She names her daughter "Mirai"
Meaning -future

The intro music and background score were great
Studio
A-1 Pictures

                        That's it for today
