Is it possible to end Racism completely??

     Is it possible to wipe out racism completely?

Since ancient times, there has been a problematic and serious issue called racial discrimination and racism. It has its roots in the argument that some racial groups are extraordinary to others. The question of whether racism can be completely wiped out has a complicated answer. All the previous blogs covered that Racism is caused by a variety of factors, and addressing them all will require a concerted step from individuals, society, and organizations.

  Here are some things we can do to advance the fight against racism. 

          

 *Teach others and ourselves about racism. 

Awareness about racism is the first step in eliminating it. We must understand the origins of racism, its various presentations, and how it impacts people's daily lives. When we hear racist beliefs or stereotypes, we must also question them

Why do they think like that?

*Discuss racism.

Open and truthful conversations about racism are crucial. To build a more inclusive community and just, we must overcome some barriers.

*Challenge racist conduct.

We must report racism when we witness it. This doesn't mean that we should engage in an argument, but we can make it clear to the offender that their behaviour is inappropriate. Help groups working to eliminate racism. Racism is combated by a vast variety of alliances. We can help them out by providing financial support, volunteering our time, or circulating the word about their reason. Racism can be demolished, though it won't be that simple.

         Carrying organizations responsible.

* We must urge that the administration, workplaces, and academic institutions in our country take action to fight racism. This entails expanding the number of people of colour employed, educating employees against racism, and eradicating discrimination.

Support lawmaking that advances racial justice. We have the opportunity to support candidates who support measures that advance racial justice, like affirmative action and police reform. Be a supporter of people of colour. We can protect people of colour from discrimination. 

 As I said Despite being a complex issue, racism can be resolved. We can build a society in which everyone is looked up to and treated with dignity, regardless of race, by working together.
